Chief Cooker selects the finest green coffee lovingly grown and hand-picked by small farmers from around the world. Through extensive knowledge and experience, our Master Roaster finds the perfect roast to accentuate the unique flavors of each coffee. For the freshest coffee possible, each batch is immediately packaged and vacuum sealed. Our bags are resealable to maintain freshness and for convenient storage.

Nestled in the heart of Lancaster, Ohio, is where Chief Cooker's Master Roaster and blender, Stephen Walters makes it all come together with incredible precision.  

For 15 years, Stephen has traveled throughout Columbia and Guatemala, building relationships with small farmers who take great pride and care in growing their beans.
